Paste this into the URL bar of the proxy site:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=3238
3. Hit Enter and log into Stardoll
4. Fill the boxes with whatever and click "Enter competition."
5. When the page loads, you can leave the proxy. The outfit should be in your suite (in front of your closet).
